CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa, water and syrup. Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add evaporated milk and vanilla. Stir. Serve hot or cold on ice cream.
