DELICIOUS HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Stir in sugar gradually making sure that sugar is moistened before adding more. Mixture becomes thick and quite dry. Add salt. Slowly stir in milk, a little at a time. Serve warm. Store in small jars and reheat in the jars before serving.
