MILK CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
6 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. reduced calorie butter
36 packets Equal
1 tsp. chocolate extract

Combine cocoa, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan. Stir in milk. Add butter and stir over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until boiling. Remove from heat and pour into bowl. Cover surface of sauce with plastic film immediately to prevent skin from forming. Cool; stir in Equal, vanilla and chocolate extract. Yields: 2 cups.
