CHOW MEIN HOT DISHES 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. diced celery
1 can cream chicken soup
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. onion
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 lg. chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add celery and rice. Mix soup, water, and soy sauce in Pyrex 2 quart dish; put hamburger mixture, pour soup mixture over hamburger. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Last 15 minutes add noodles on top.
