CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. raw celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can vegetable soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef lightly; add celery, onions, and the soups. Fold in the noodle (save a few to put over the top). Pour into a baking dish and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 10.
