BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
1 egg, beaten
1 can creamed corn
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz are best)

Combine all ingredients in a 2 ounce casserole. Melt another 2 tablespoons butter. Add to 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Spread over mixture. Bake UNCOVERED for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
