STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling pineapple juice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. strawberries

Dissolve Jello in boiling pineapple juice. Add strawberries. Let thicken in refrigerator but not until firm. Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter with 2 1/2 cups of pretzel sticks, broken up. Put this in long pan or dish, 9"x13". Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix:

1 c. granulated sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Put this mixture on top of butter and pretzels, spread evenly. Add Jello and strawberry mixture last. You may also add chopped nuts last if desired.
