STEVE'S FAMOUS RHUBARB CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Sour cream (8-12 oz.)
2 1/2 c. diced rhubarb

Mix eggs and sugar. Add flour, soda, salt and sour cream. Mix then add rhubarb. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter, mixed. Top with cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
