SUNSHINE PEACH SQUARES 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can sliced peaches
6 oz. peach jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. whipped cream

Mix together first 3 ingredients; press into 9-inch square pan. Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Dissolve jello in boiling water and add 1 1/2 cups reserved liquid. Chill until slightly thickened. Keep 1 1/2 cups jello out and to the rest add sour cream and whipped cream.

Spoon this into pan with crumbs. Chill until set, but not firm. Arrange peach slices on top of mixture and top with reserved clear jello. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
