SUNSHINE PEACH SQUARES 
1 c. graham crackers
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. prepared whipped topping mix

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; press in 9 inch square pan; set aside. Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 1/2 cups. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add peach liquid and chill until slightly thickened. Measure 1 1/2 cups and set aside. Into remainder, blend sour cream and topping mix. Spoon over crumb mixture in pan; chill until set but not firm. Arrange peaches on creamy gelatin; top with clear gelatin and chill until firm, about 4 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
