FRUITCAKE 
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 qt. pecans
2 boxes coconut
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. plain flour
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Sprinkle sugar over chopped fruit. Beat the eggs and set aside. Sift plain and self-rising flour together. Mix ingredients together and pour into tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
