CRANBERRY BREAD | |
3 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil 2 c. buttermilk 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 5 c. flour 2 eggs 3 c. chopped rhubarb 2/3 c. sugar 4 tbps. butter 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Cream sugar, oil, milk, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Stir in rhubarb. Put in 3 greased loaf pans. Mix sugar, butter and cinnamon. Divide crumbs among the three pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until tests done. |
