BOURBON BALLS 
1 c. vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
1 c. pecans, finely shopped
1 1/2 c. powdered confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. baker's cocoa
2 oz. Kentucky bourbon
1 1/2 tbsp. corn syrup

Mix together dry ingredients, reserving 1/2 c. of confectioners sugar. In a separate bowl, blend bourbon and corn syrup. Combine wet and dry liquids until well blended. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Spread remaining 1/2 c. of sugar into cookie sheet. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar. Store in airtight container.
