NO BAKE RUM BALLS 
2 boxes (12 oz. each) vanilla wafers, finely crushed
2 cups cocoa
8 tablespoons light com syrup
1 cup dark rum
1 cup bourbon
5 cups confectioners’ sugar (sift if lumpy)
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups chopped pecans or walnuts

Day before, combine wafers and cocoa. Stir in corn syrup, rum, bourbon, 4 cups of the sugar, salt and nuts. Roll into 1-inch balls.

Roll balls in remaining sugar; let stand overnight.

Next day, store in tightly closed container.

Makes 100.
