RUM BALLS 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. rum brandy or bourbon
Confectioners' sugar or dry cocoa

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into small balls and roll in additional confectioners' sugar or dry cocoa. Store in tightly covered container for 3 or 4 days before serving.
