BROCCOLI SUPREME 
1 slightly beaten egg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's croutettes stuffing mix

In bowl, combine egg, broccoli, corn and onion. In small saucepan, melt butter, add croutettes, mix to coat. Stir 1 cup croutettes into broccoli mixture. Turn into ungreased casserole. Sprinkle remaining croutettes on top of mixture in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
