CREAM CHEESE CHIVE SAUCE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Stir cream cheese and milk in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Stir in chives, juice, and garlic salt. Serve over potatoes or vegetables. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
