CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, wash, sort & grind
2 pkg. cherry Jello
3 c. hot water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3 oranges, diced
3 c. sugar
2 ribs celery, diced
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 apple, diced
1 orange rind, grated

Dissolve Jello in 3 cups hot water. Add sugar; cool. Then add all the other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
