RICE HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water

Brown first 3 ingredients together. Put in a baking dish, add rice. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Bake 1/2 hour at 250 degrees. Serve chow mein noodles on top or fold in.
