COLD VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can sm. peas, drained
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 onion, diced fine
1 sm. can pimento, chopped, drained
1 green pepper, sliced fine

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar

Boil dressing ingredients together 5 minutes. Let cool. Pour over other ingredients; combine and refrigerate 24 hours, before using.
