COLD VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can baby limas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can white corn, drained
1 jar pimiento, drained & chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. red onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped

Mix together in blender: vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Pour over prepared vegetables; let stand overnight.
