COLD VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 med. onions
8 oz. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
4 carrots, cut in strips
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 bunch cauliflower, cut up
1 bottle Italian dressing

Mix 1 bottle of Italian dressing with vegetables. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
