COLD VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can peas (very small) 1 onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. vinegar 1 can French-style green beans 1 c. celery, finely chopped 1 (4 oz.) can pimientos 1 c. sugar Dissolve sugar in vinegar and oil and pour over peas, beans and other ingredients. Store in refrigerator 24 hours before serving. Drain before serving. This dish keeps well refrigerated for several days. Not recommended for freezing. Serves 8. |
