HOT OR COLD VEGETABLE SALAD 
3-4 lb. fresh green beans, cooked or 3-4 (16 oz.) cans green beans
1/2 c. Puritan oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 big onions, sliced into rings
1 clove garlic
Accent to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oil to lightly brown onions

Put 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet and lightly brown onion rings; set aside. Heat beans with clove of garlic and drain well. Then mix together with Puritan oil and lemon juice. Add to beans and serve warm or allow to cool and serve old. Tasty potluck dish. Serves 10-12.
