PIZZA CASSEROLE
2 c. (6 oz.) macaroni wheels
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 jar spaghetti or pizza sauce
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 c. pepperoni
1/3 c. sliced olives
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

1. Cook macaroni conventionally. Drain, rinse and set aside.

2. Crumble ground beef into 12 x 8 inch microwave dish. Add onion.

3. Microwave (high), uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes until done, stirring once. Stir to break meat up, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, olive and drained macaroni. Cover with plastic wrap.

4. Microwave (high) 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese, let stand 5 minutes before serving. About 6 servings.

Elbow or macaroni shells can be used. A 2 quart casserole dish can be used instead of 12 x 8 inch baking dish. 470 calories each.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
