OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. bran cereal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs whites, slightly beaten
1/2 c. honey or molasses (or 1/4 c. honey and 1/4 c. sugar)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients; add milk, orange juice, egg whites, honey and oil. Mix just until dry ingredients are moist. Fill muffin cups almost full. Bake 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.
