CRAB MEAT APPETIZER 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 green onion, minced
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. chili sauce
Parsley or chives

Soften cream cheese. Add milk to cream cheese. Add green onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce to cream cheese-milk mixture. Mound on serving plate.

Spread flaked crabmeat over mound. This may be liquid, place paper towels all around mound to absorb liquid. Chill for several hours. Remove paper towels. Pour chili sauce over mound. Garnish with parsley or chives. Surround with assorted crackers.
