SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. squash
1 sm. onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine first 2 ingredients, cook drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients reserving 1/2 cup cheese to sprinkle on top. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 375 degrees until firm and cheese is browned.
