BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops, 1 1/2 inches thick
Ground black pepper to taste
Sugar
Flour
Salt to taste
butter
Brown sugar
Water
Pineapple slices

Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with pepper and sugar. Shake in a bag with flour until covered. In a skillet that can be used in oven, heat enough oil to cove bottom of pan. Brown pork chops on both sides. Cover skillet. Place at 325 degrees and bake 2 1/2 hours, basting and adding water as necessary. When pork chops are tender, remove from pan. Pour some water in skillet and thicken. Serve chops garnished with pineapple slices.
