PORK CHOPS MAUI 
6 pork chops
1/2 c. canned pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Brown pork chops; cook on medium until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cook another 20 to 30 minutes.
