MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
6 (1" thick) pork chops, about 3 lb.
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Place pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes. Bake in marinade, covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Yield 6 servings.
