HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
5-6 boneless pork chops

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
Pineapple juice from 2 cans chunk pineapple

Shake pork chops in plastic bag with flour, salt and pepper. Brown chops, both sides.

Mix sauce well and pour over pork chops. Add an onion cut in eighths and pineapple. Simmer for approximately 1 hour or until chops are tender. A sliced green pepper may be added, if desired, and add the last 1/2 hour of cooking.
