PORK CHOPS HAWAIIAN 
4 pork chops, trimmed
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together water and cornstarch and set aside. Saute pork chops. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer approximately 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water and cornstarch and stir gently until sauce thickens. Serve over cooked rice.
