PORK CHOP HAWAIIAN 
6 pork chops
1/4 c. flour seasoned with salt & pepper
1 jar applesauce (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
Dash nutmeg

1. Coat pork chops with seasoned flour. Brown on both sides in hot oil skillet.

2. Spread applesauce, pineapple and nutmeg over each pork chop.

3. Cook over low heat, uncovered, until pork chops are tender; about 45 minutes.
