HAWAIIAN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Save pineapple juice from number 303 can

Brown pork chops and season to taste. Remove from pan and add vinegar and brown sugar. Stir. Drain juice from pineapple and save. Place chops back in pan. Cover with pineapple chunks or slices. Measure amount of pineapple juice and add same amount of water as juice. Cover and simmer chops 20 to 30 minutes, depending on desired tenderness. Turn chops once.
