SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. salad vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 med. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours until chops are tender.
