FANTASTIC GRILLED CORN ON THE COB | |
Corn on Cob - as many ears as needed Butter - cold - cut into pats Heavy Duty Reynolds Wrap Clean corn - removing all husks & silks. Place each ear on a square of heavy duty Reynolds Wrap. Place about 3 pats of butter across each ear. Wrap foil around ear, roll ends over tightly up to end of the corn. Put over medium heat on grill.. turn often. Does not take long to grill - but you can just continue to turn it - or put to the back of the grill away from the heat - while you are cooking everything else... AS THE BUTTER MELTS - ITS SOAKS INTO THE CORN... You may hear a few spills as you turn. Will not hurt it. This is scrumptious! Submitted by: Phyllis Chittum |
