CREAMED GREEN BEANS 
3/4 lb. fresh cut green beans
10 to 12 medium potatoes
5 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
Salt
Pepper
Paprika (for color)
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar

Step one: boil green beans, add potatoes. Cook until tender.

Step two: Fry cut up bacon, then add onion. Cook until brown. Add flour and spices to bacon mixture. Stir in milk to thicken. Pour bacon mixture into green beans and potatoes. Cook for a minute to blend all ingredients. BEFORE adding bacon mixture stir vinegar into green beans.
