ROASTED RED POTATOES 
16 med. unpeeled red potatoes, quartered about 2 1/2 lbs.
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until potatoes are thoroughly coated. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring after 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
