1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 lb. noodles or macaroni, cooked
6 green onions, top and all
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar

Brown meat, drain. Add seasonings and tomato sauce, simmer 30 minutes. Meanwhile, soften cream cheese in sour cream. Add chopped onions. Place half of the cooked noodles in buttered casserole. Spread on half the cream mixture and half meat mixture, repeat. Top with grated cheddar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
