CAMP ICE CREAM | |
1 lb. coffee can 3 lb. coffee can Masking tape Mixing cup; measure spoon Hammer Rock salt Ice 1 c. heavy cream 1 c. milk 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1. In small (1 pound) coffee can, mix all ingredients together. Place lid on can - can tape with masking tape to secure. 2. Place 1 pound can into 3 pound can. Use hammer to break up ice. Place ice around 1 pound can. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup rock salt. Cover 3 pound can. 3. Roll can on floor for 10 to 15 minutes until ice cream is frozen. The kids enjoy this part!! NOTE: You can add chocolate chips or chocolate syrup before mixing (or any other flavoring). |
