I have made this for several years but the only thing I do different is add cheddar cheese on top while baking. I have had several guest ask for the recipe.

This recipe is amazing. My Grandmother made it every Thanksgiving, when she passed a few years ago, I fortunately found her recipe, but then lost it. I knew she used the Jiffy corn muffin mix, so happened to google it a year ago and this is the EXACT recipe. Figures, her fudge recipe is the one on the marshmallow fluff container. Everyone loves this corn casserole, and it is a special treat at our house. We also love cheese and add about half a cup to the recipe, then about the end of baking, add a bit more to the top. AMAZING!

Fixed this for years but I had chopped jalapeños, no egg. Everyone loves it and the extra kick the jalapeñis add to it.

I add Swiss cheese to the batter and on top.

To my family, it wouldn't be a holiday without this dish, but I use two cans of whole kernel corn with the one can of creamed corn.

This is a big hit, sprinkled a little shredded cheese on top for last 5 minutes. So easy and my family asks for it every year - Thanksgiving and Christmas! You just can't screw it up!

I make it using small cans (8.5 oz.) of corn, 1 egg, 1/2 of a jiffy mix and 1/2 stick butter, works well for just my husband and I.

I needed this in smaller portions so I used a muffin pan and froze them. So easy to pack for lunch.

Very tasty but a bit dry. Will add more sour cream next time.
