1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 green pepper
4 to 6 large potatoes
1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 large tub dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded American cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Dice up onion and green pepper. Brown hamburger with green pepper and onion. Peel and boil potatoes as normal. Drain hamburger and line the bottom of large dish. Spread green beans over the top. Drain potatoes and smash. Add milk and butter and milk to potatoes until creamy. Add sour cream to mixture. Top hamburger with mashed potatoes. Top with both cheeses bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
