GIANT RAISIN BRAN COOKIES 
2 c. Kelloggs Raisin Bran cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed firm
2 eggs

Stir together cereal, flours and baking soda, set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Add flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Drop by level 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 16 cookies. Watch out, they won't last long.
