CRISPY BRAN-RAISIN COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. softened butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. Raisin Bran
1 c. chopped nuts

Stir flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture on low speed. Fold in Raisin Bran and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove to rack quickly to cool.
