GIANT KELLOGG'S RAISIN BRAN
COOKIES
 
2 c. Raisin Bran cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed firm
2 eggs

Stir together cereal, flours and soda; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Beat well. Add flour mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Drop by level 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Yields 16 cookies.
