WEIGHT WATCHERS OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
1 lb. skinned chicken breast 6 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 egg, beaten with 2 tbsp. water 1 1/2 oz. corn flakes, crushed 8 tsp. melted butter 1 oz. Parmesan cheese Mix flour, salt and pepper together. In another bowl mix corn flakes with Parmesan cheese. Coat chicken with flour, dip in egg then roll in corn flakes. Place in sprayed with cooking oil spray pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4. Counts as 1 bread, 4 protein, 1 fat (if Weight Watcher butter is not used it's 2 fat) on Weight Watcher diet. |
