KELLOGG'S ALL BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. Bran Buds
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. all bran

Mix together Bran Buds and water; add shortening, sugar, eggs, and buttermilk to mix. Mix together flour and all bran and add to above. Stir enough to mix. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes in greased muffin tin. Batter keeps in refrigerator 2 months. Do not stir next time when using, just take up by spoonful to muffin tin. Recipe may be doubled.

Kellogg's All-Bran is available at WalMart. Oddly, this recipe is not the original All-Bran muffin recipe which I make, but an alternate muffin recipe made with Bran-Buds.
