COOL RISE BREAD 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 3/4 c. warm milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
Approx. 5 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. softened butter

In large bowl (warmed) dissolve yeast. Add milk, sugar, salt and butter. Stir in 2 cups flour, beat until smooth. Add 1 cup flour, beat. Gradually stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn into well floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover with towel and let rest 20 minutes. Divide into 2 equal parts. Place seam down in well greased pans, brush top with oil. Cover loosely with wax paper then top with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans, brush with butter.

So easy to make and you can make in advance and wait up to 48 hours. Have been making this recipe for 50 years! Always have to make for family gett ogethers!
