CRANBERRY CITRUS SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. orange, quartered and seeded
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 c. finely chopped celery

Dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water. Add undrained pineapple and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. With a food grinder or the steel blade of a food processor, coarsely grind orange and cranberries.

Fold cranberry mixture and celery into gelatin. Pour into 7 cup mold. Chill until firm. Serves 10 to 12.
